A residential project at Khulshi, Chattogram, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Mosharof Villa is a private house at Khulshi, Chattogram, planned on a 14 decimal plot. The programme called for 4 bedrooms and grew to 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,810 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
