A residential project at Chunati, Lohagara, Chattogram, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Sonkor’s Home at Chunati, Lohagara is a walled family compound rather than a single house: the main residence, a swimming pool, lawns and paved courts all planned together on one site.
The ground floor carries two bedrooms, family living, dining, a study and a laundry; four bedrooms with a dry kitchen and terrace sit above, and a small roof-floor suite with its own dry kitchen tops the house. The pool and garden walls were set out with the foundations so the levels work as one.
Completed with our own site team on the ground throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
