A residential project at Hathazari, Chattogram, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with the plot at Hathazari, Chattogram and a family brief. The accommodation runs to 4 bedrooms across 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,989 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
