A residential project at Khagrachhari Sadar, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
At Khagrachhari Sadar, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. The scheme carries 3 units per typical floor across 2 distinct floor plates. Built area comes to roughly 5,700 sft.
Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
