Brief

At Ragapani, Rangamati Sadar, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. 2 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 3,586 sft.

Approach

Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.

Outcome

Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
