Shundoromo is a private house at Sonaimuri, Noakhali, planned on a 12 decimal plot. 3 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,755 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
