The client wanted a lettable building at Subarnachar, Noakhali, not a single home. The scheme carries 4 units per typical floor across 2 distinct floor plates. Built area comes to roughly 5,831 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
