Brief

The client came to us with a 3.5 decimal plot at Araihazar, Narayanganj and a family brief. The programme called for 2 bedrooms and grew to 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 5,100 sft.

Approach

Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.

Outcome

Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
