A mixed-use project at Shariakandi, Bogura, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Shondha Plaza at Shariakandi, Bogura is the largest commercial building in the portfolio: an 8,000 sft shopping complex with a bank and offices at ground level, and eight 2-bedroom apartments on every typical floor above.
The curved glazed corner marks the retail entrance; residential lobbies are set apart. Structural design and soil investigation were finished before setting out, essential at this scale on a 22 decimal riverside site.
Design, engineering and construction by our own team. The project sits in the 10 crore + band.
