A mixed-use project at Khandar, Bogura, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Kamal Tower at Khandar, Bogura is a mall-and-apartments building: a 3,000 sft basement, a two-storey shopping mall on the ground and first floors, and three-unit residential floors above.
The basement and mall floors set a wide column grid that the flats above sit inside without transfer structure. A double-height glazed mall entrance anchors the street corner; planted balconies soften the residential floors.
Delivered as one design-and-build contract on 8 decimals. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
