At Kaliganj, Gazipur, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. 2 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 3,408 sft.
The street frontage is given to retail, with the residential entrance kept separate. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
