A residential project at Kapasia, Gazipur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 50 decimal plot at Kapasia, Gazipur and a family brief. The accommodation runs to 4 bedrooms across 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,770 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
