Seven Star Tower

Brief

Seven Star Tower is a slim residential tower at Kolpolok, Chattogram, on just 5 decimals. One 4-bedroom flat per floor, a small ground-floor family living area and terrace, and a planted street elevation that gives the building its name on the skyline.

Approach

On a plot this narrow the lift core and stair set the grid on every floor, so they were fixed first. The facade mixes brick, white render and cantilevered planters, giving each flat its own outdoor edge without stealing floor area.

Outcome

Delivered by our own site team from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
