Huda Residence at City Gate, Chattogram is a family apartment building on 9 decimals: parking, guard room and a 3-bedroom unit at ground level, and one full-floor 4-bedroom flat with servant’s quarters on every typical floor.
Each floor plate is 2,875 sft, so the plan could afford a proper dining room, drawing room and separate service accommodation with its own toilet. Stepped, planted balconies on the front elevation turn the setbacks into usable green terraces.
Handed over complete, with as-built drawings passed to the client. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
