Brief

The client wanted a lettable building at Saturia, Manikganj, not a single home. The scheme carries 2 units per typical floor across 2 distinct floor plates. Built area comes to roughly 1,930 sft.

Approach

Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.

Outcome

Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
