A residential project at Jhitka, Manikganj, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 9 decimal plot at Jhitka, Manikganj and a family brief. 3 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 2,340 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 50 lakh – 1 crore band.
