Saiful Cottage

Brief

Saiful Cottage at Rumalia Chora, Cox’s Bazar Sadar is the tallest building in the portfolio — a residential tower with four 2-bedroom flats on every 2,080 sft typical floor and a 2,900 sft ground floor for parking, guard rooms and utilities.

Approach

Brick, white render and planted balconies break the tower into a rhythm of vertical bands, so it reads as a series of stacked houses rather than a single slab. Structural design and soil investigation came first, as they must for a tower this close to the coast.

Outcome

Design, engineering and construction by our own team. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
