Brief

The client came to us with a 8 decimal plot at Mognama, Pekua, Cox’s Bazar and a family brief. The programme called for 2 bedrooms and grew to 1 levels. Built area comes to roughly 1,800 sft.

Approach

Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.

Outcome

Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 50 lakh – 1 crore band.
