A single-family house at Ashuganj, Brahmanbaria, worked out on a 5 decimal plot. The accommodation runs to 4 bedrooms across 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,990 sft.
A lift core was fixed early, since it governs the structural grid on every floor. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
