A residential project at Bancharampur, Brahmanbaria, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Chobir Shopneer at Bancharampur, Brahmanbaria is a two-storey villa on 16 decimals with a rooftop helipad — the only one in the portfolio — reached by a spiral stair from the terrace.
The house itself is classical: a columned porch, curved bays and tiled roofs over a 2,380 sft floor plate, with two bedrooms below and three above. The roof slab was engineered for the helipad load from the first structural drawing.
Handed over complete. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
