Brief

Lily Garden City at Bagachra, Sharsha, Jashore is a six-storey apartment building on 9 decimals — parking below, four 2-bedroom flats per floor on the first to third floors, and a pair of duplex homes on the fourth and fifth.

Approach

Four flats per floor on a 3,200 sft plate meant the service core had to be central and compact. The classical facade — arched openings, pilasters and cornices — was detailed to be built in render rather than applied stone.

Outcome

Delivered by our own site team. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
