A residential project at Akij Factory, Sharsha, Jashore, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Chondrokuthir stands on 50 decimals beside the Akij factory at Sharsha, Jashore — a stone-clad estate house with deep verandas, arched openings and pitched slate-grey roofs.
A 3,200 sft ground floor holds two bedrooms, drawing, dining and kitchen; four bedrooms with a family living room and terrace sit on the 3,600 sft first floor. The long verandas were engineered as part of the frame so they could be kept column-free.
Design, engineering and construction by our own team. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
