A residential project at Chatkhil, Noakhali, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 10 decimal plot at Chatkhil, Noakhali and a family brief. The programme called for 3 bedrooms and grew to 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 2,382 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 50 lakh – 1 crore band.
