A residential project at Chowmuhani, Noakhali, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
At Chowmuhani, Noakhali, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 5,000 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
