Brief

The client wanted a lettable building at Outer Stadium, Mymensingh Sadar, not a single home. 2 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 4,050 sft.

Approach

Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.

Outcome

Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
