A residential project at Outer Stadium, Mymensingh Sadar, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Rana’s Paradise is an apartment building at Outer Stadium, Mymensingh Sadar, planned on a 4 decimal plot. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 4,850 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
