The client wanted a lettable building at Modhumita Road, Tongi, not a single home. The scheme carries 3 units per typical floor across 2 distinct floor plates. Built area comes to roughly 5,600 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
