Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. A dedicated prayer space was set into the plan from the first sketch, not added later. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
