A single-family house at Vurghata, Madaripur, worked out on a 23 decimal plot. 4 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,850 sft.

Approach

Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.

Outcome

Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
