A residential project at Rajoir, Madaripur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Alifa Tower 02 is an apartment building at Rajoir, Madaripur, planned on a 8 decimal plot. 4 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 6,600 sft.
Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
