Upantik is a private house at Nangalkot, Cumilla, planned on the plot. The accommodation runs to 3 bedrooms across 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 4,609 sft.
A dedicated prayer space was set into the plan from the first sketch, not added later. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
