A residential project at Netrokona Sadar, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
At Netrokona Sadar, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. 3 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 9,080 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
