A residential project at Pakulla, Tangail Sadar, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
At Pakulla, Tangail Sadar, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. The scheme carries 4 units per typical floor across 3 distinct floor plates. Built area comes to roughly 9,249 sft.
A lift core was fixed early, since it governs the structural grid on every floor. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
