A residential project at Rajshahi City, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client wanted a lettable building at Rajshahi City, not a single home. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 5,000 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
