Brief

Rasel Tower is an apartment building at Sasongacha, Cumilla, planned on a 5.2 decimal plot. 2 units share each typical floor, so circulation and service routes had to be settled early. Built area comes to roughly 3,580 sft.

Approach

Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out.

Outcome

Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
