At Dagonbhuiyan, Feni, the brief was rental units rather than one large house. The scheme carries 2 units per typical floor across 3 distinct floor plates. Built area comes to roughly 5,222 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
