A mixed-use project at Magura Sadar, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Rafat Tower in Magura Sadar is a slim mixed-use building on 4 decimals: a shop at ground level, a two-storey glazed showroom on the first and second floors, and two 3-bedroom flats on every typical floor above.
The double-height showroom glazing is the building’s face on the street; the residential floors above are read as a separate volume with tiled roofs over each balcony.
Delivered as one design-and-build contract. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
