The client wanted a lettable building at Kumarkhali, Kushtia, not a single home. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 4,650 sft.
The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. The street frontage is given to retail, with the residential entrance kept separate. Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
