A residential project at Raojan, Chattogram, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Nazrul Villa is a private house at Raojan, Chattogram, planned on a 14 decimal plot. The programme called for 3 bedrooms and grew to 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,620 sft.
Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Completed and handed over, with as-built drawings and documents passed to the client. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
