A residential project at Chouddagram, Cumilla, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Miazi House at Chouddagram, Cumilla is a modern courtyard villa — dark stone and timber-toned cladding, deep cantilevered terraces and a private swimming pool set into the ground-floor plan.
A foyer and porch lead into a 2,646 sft ground floor with two bedrooms, family living, dining and kitchen opening onto the pool deck. Four bedrooms with a terrace occupy the first floor and a two-bedroom roof suite sits above. The cantilevers were engineered as part of the frame, not bolted on.
Handed over complete. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
