Manha & Mahir Villa at Badalpur, Ajmiriganj, Habiganj is the largest house in our Sylhet portfolio — a 32 decimal estate with a 4,500 sft ground floor, a 5,500 sft upper floor, a formal fountain court and a pool in the grounds.
The ground floor holds two bedrooms, drawing, dining, kitchen and stores; the upper floor carries four bedrooms, a family living room and wide terraces. The site plan — fountain, pool, planted walks and boundary — was drawn with the house so that the levels and drainage work together.
Design, engineering and construction by our own team. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
