A residential project at Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Khan Palace is a private house at Sirajdikhan, Munshiganj, planned on a 10 decimal plot. 4 bedrooms were required, spread over 3 levels. Built area comes to roughly 5,200 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
