Approach

On a plot this small, the stair and services sit at the back so the whole street frontage is lettable. The plan repeats exactly on every residential floor to keep the structure simple and the build fast.

Outcome

Delivered as one design-and-build contract. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
