A resort project at Jalalabad, Katiadi, Kishoreganj, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
Jalalpur Eco Resort sits on 14 decimals at Jalalabad, Katiadi, Kishoreganj — a small retreat rather than a hotel, with the accommodation stacked over two floors and the roof given over to a covered terrace and open lawn.
The plan keeps the ground floor social — drawing and dining, a kitchen and a single guest suite — and puts three further bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bath. Rooflines, trellises and planted terraces were worked into the structure from the start rather than added as decoration.
Completed and handed over with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
