Holly Palace at Launch Ghat, Barguna Sadar is a landmark on the town’s main approach — a curved glazed commercial block on the lower three floors, with three-unit residential floors above.
Parking and commercial space share the ground floor; the first and second floors are fully commercial. The residential entrance and stair are kept separate from the retail lobby.
Delivered by our own site team on a 6 decimal plot. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
