A residential project at Naria, Shariatpur, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client wanted a lettable building at Naria, Shariatpur, not a single home. We worked to 2 units on the typical floor, with the ground level given over to parking and services. Built area comes to roughly 5,500 sft.
Parking and services take the ground floor, which kept the upper plates clear. Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure.
Delivered by our own site team, with one point of contact for the client from sketch to snagging. The project sits in the 3 – 10 crore band.
