A residential project at Bhatiapara, Kashiani, Gopalganj, designed and built in-house from first sketch to handover.
The client came to us with a 10 decimal plot at Bhatiapara, Kashiani, Gopalganj and a family brief. 4 bedrooms were required, spread over 2 levels. Built area comes to roughly 3,500 sft.
Structural design and soil investigation were completed before the foundation was set out. The drawings the site team received were already coordinated between architecture and structure. Terraces were pulled out of the upper floor area rather than added on top of it.
Handed over complete, with our own site team running the works throughout. The project sits in the 1 – 3 crore band.
